For as long as I can remember, I’ve had the desire to share the gospel, but starting this blog always felt like a distant task—something I could do later. There was always a reason to postpone it: busy schedules, doubts about my own understanding of the Bible, or simply wondering if I was the right person to talk about Jesus. But God, in His wisdom, convicted me. I realized that delaying the work He placed on my heart wasn’t an option anymore.
The verse that continually came to mind was James 4:17:
“Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.”
I knew that putting off sharing the gospel and my personal journey with Christ was, in a way, withholding the good that God had given me to share with others.
I am not a theologian or a seasoned Christian, and I do not claim to have all the answers. In fact, I often feel like I’m learning as I go. But I believe that this is precisely why God called me to start We Preach Christ. My journey is like many others—filled with moments of doubt, learning, and, most importantly, grace. And if I can help even one person encounter the love of Jesus through sharing my walk, then this blog has served its purpose.
As Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 12:9:
“And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.”
This verse reminds me that it’s not about how much I know, but about how much God can do through me, even in my weaknesses. His strength is magnified when we humbly rely on Him.
We Preach Christ is not just about teaching others; it’s a space where I can document what I’m learning and experiencing as I grow in my faith. Every new lesson, whether it’s from reading Scripture, attending church, or personal encounters with God, is something worth sharing. Romans 10:17 says,
“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
By sharing my journey, I hope to help others grow in their faith or introduce them to the saving grace of Jesus Christ, especially those who may have never heard of Him before.
It took me a long time to start this blog, but I believe God’s timing is perfect. As Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us,
“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.”
Now is my season to share the good news of Christ. Whether you are a new Christian, someone curious about faith, or simply someone looking for answers, I invite you to join me on this journey. Together, we can explore the incredible love, mercy, and grace of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
I hope this blog becomes a blessing to you as it is to me.
